During this phase, we began by producing hand-drawn sketches to visualise the application's layout, navigation flow, and essential features before moving into digital development.
The design process started by identifying the key functions required in the Communication Hub. We listed the main features, including chat with HR, communication with supervisors, and notifications, to ensure the application met users' communication needs.
This process allowed us to evaluate our design ideas before implementation and ensured that the final interface met both user expectations and the objectives of the SMARTINTERN project.
