PHASE 02: PROBLEM ANALYSIS

Finding the Real Problem

Project #2 Case Study

This stage focused deeply on identifying the root causes of recruitment gaps and exploring structured, user-centric solutions based on defined student needs.

Focus Area

Problem Analysis & QADIM

Timeline

Week 6 - Week 9

During Workshop 2 in Week 6, we dissected and analyzed the core bottlenecks of the internship application cycle. By deploying a **Fishbone Diagram**, we systematically isolated key technical and behavioral factors, allowing us to understand user frustrations beyond surface-level symptoms.

Moving into Workshop 3 (Week 8 to Week 9), our focus shifted toward actionable ideation. We adopted the structured **QADIM method** to framework our solutions, ensuring every proposed module directly answered a validated user pain point while remaining technologically feasible.

This analytical phase was crucial. By balancing root-cause exploration with methodical ideation, we successfully moved from a vague problem space into defining practical, targeted features for the Smart Intern ecosystem.
